A huge amount of time and effort is spent at Todd Doors to make sure that our ranges of doors and door furniture meet our very high standards, whilst offering our customers exceptional choice, but most importantly, value for money. As a result, we are so confident in our products and pricing that we offer a comprehensive Price Match Guarantee across our entire product range.

Terms & Conditions

The competitors’ product must be of the same size, design and construction/material, be in stock and supplied finished to the same standard or finish as the Todd Doors product. With regards to branded door furniture, evidence must be supplied to verify that it has the same manufacturer’s part number. Claims need to be submitted using the form below, or in writing to [email protected] with details of the supplier, door or ironmongery type, door size or manufacturer’s part number (if branded door furniture) and how it is finished along with evidence of the quoted price and availability. We will then fully investigate the claim and reply to you within a maximum of 5 days - should a refund be due it will be processed within a maximum of 10 days of our decision being communicated to you.

Due to the volatility of pricing and the competitive nature of the associated products, our Price Match Guarantee is based on our best current pricing available in-store and online.

We are confident in the competitiveness of our pricing. If you find the same product at a lower price from a competitor, we will match their price.*

Terms & Conditions

* The competitor’s product must be identical in size, design, and construction/material, be in stock, and supplied with the same standard or finish as the equivalent Todd Doors product. For branded door furniture, supporting evidence must be provided to confirm the manufacturer’s part number matches. Our price match applies to the competitor’s total delivered price, inclusive of all applicable delivery charges.

Claims need to be submitted using the form below, or in writing to [email protected] with details of the supplier, door or ironmongery type, door size or manufacturer’s part number (if branded door furniture) and how it is finished along with evidence of the quoted price and availability. We will then fully investigate the claim and reply to you within a maximum of 5 days confirming our willingness to price match. 

Please note: We do not offer price matching on our own products after a purchase has been made. If the price of your purchased products become cheaper following placement of your order, we are unable to refund the difference.
